Payment

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay and the credit and debit cards shown at checkout.

Delivery

We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, our estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched.

DHL deliveries may occasionally take an additional 3–4 days. These estimates do not limit your statutory rights if delivery is delayed. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Our 30-day cancellation period

As a consumer, you normally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. We extend this period to 30 days, under the conditions below. You do not need to give a reason.

The cancellation period expires 30 days after you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receive the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

You may use the cancellation form below, but this is optional. You can also notify us through our Return Portal. We will acknowledge an online withdrawal notification without undue delay by email.

Your notification is on time if you send it before the cancellation period expires.

How to return items

You can register a return and obtain a shipping label through our Returns Portal. Using the portal or its shipping label is optional.

Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your cancellation. You meet this deadline if you dispatch the goods within those 14 days.

Please include your order number so we can identify your return, and retain proof of postage.

You pay the direct return shipping costs when returning goods because you have changed your mind. This does not apply to necessary return costs for a valid claim concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Condition of returned items

You may inspect the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a shop.

You are only responsible for a reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection. Where applicable, this reduction may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

When you cancel your entire order, we refund the payments received, including our least expensive standard delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery method, we do not refund the additional cost.

We issue refunds without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge a refund fee.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If your goods are faulty, arrive damaged or do not match your order, contact hello@gryandsif.com with your order number and a description of the problem.

Our 30-day cancellation period does not limit your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods. Where a return is necessary for a valid statutory claim, we cover the necessary return shipping costs.
