DHL GoGreen Plus - all shipments are climate neutral
The delivery of a package produces, on average, 1.421 grams of CO₂ emissions. With a daily parcel volume of 12 million in Germany, this means a total output of 17,052 tonnes. We at Filzlig have made it our mission to reduce this environmental impact. DHL is number one when it comes to sustainability in the German parcel market. With the largest CO₂-free vehicle fleet, it is estimated that at least 30% CO₂ per package is saved compared to the competition. The focus is not on individual showcase projects (as with other parcel services), but DHL has been campaigning for nationwide and continuous CO₂e-free delivery in Germany for years. By 2030, the Group's absolute CO₂ emissions are to be reduced to less than 29 million tons.
GoGreen becomes GoGreen Plus
With GoGreen Plus, DHL enables its partners to send all shipments in a climate-neutral manner. And we at Filzlig are exactly one of these exclusive partners.
